Popular Butterfly Exhibit Returns to Brevard Zoo Memorial Day Weekend


Come and be enchanted at the Brevard Zoo this summer as they re-open Butterfly Wings & Enchanted Things! This popular butterfly exhibit only open from May 24 through Aug. 3, is rare and magical occurrence that happens once every few years. So make sure you mark your calendars and plan to make a visit because you don’t want to miss your chance to walk among hundreds of butterflies representing sixteen different species.

Housed in the Australasia aviary, Butterfly Wings & Enchanted Things will feature an Enchanted Hollow filled with beautiful flowers and foliage, provided by Rockledge Gardens, and wondrous creatures sculpted from metal and recycled materials, created by Walt Mendenhall of Mendenhall Studios and Charlie Mills, Brevard Zoo’s resident artist and employee.
