Kennedy Space Center Hosts Salute to Brevard

From October 21-23, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex  will host the 12th Annual Salute to Brevard.  The event is Kennedy Space Center’s way of giving back to the local community by opening its doors for the entire weekend. 

Residents will also be able to help the community by bringing a can or non-perishable food item for Kennedy Space Center’s food drive for the Brevard Sharing Center, North Brevar Charities and South Brevard Sharing Center.  While not mandatory for complimentary admission, Guests are encouraged to participate.

For this three-day celebration, Space Coast residents and up to five guests will enjoy free admission to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.  All residents need is to show proof of residency, in the form of a driver’s license or utility bill, to gain complimentary admission to the Visitor Complex

Complimentary admission includes the STAR TREK exhibit, the Shuttle Launch Experience, Kennedy Space Center Tours and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®,  featuring historic spacecraft and the world’s largest collection of personal astronaut mementos.
