Free Admission to Kennedy Space Center

On the weekend of September 26-28, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will show its appreciation for Florida Space Coast residents. During the 6th Annual “Salute to Brevard County Residents” local residents with proof of residency – driver’s license or utility bill- can enjoy all KSC has to offer during the three day event.  Brevard residents may also enjoy pre-holiday shopping at the Visitor Complex, with a 10% discount in the world’s largest retail Space Shop.

While not mandatory for admission, the suggested donation is one food item or canned good per guest.  The Visitor Complex will then donate the canned goods and non-perishable food items to the Central Brevard Sharing Center, North Brevard Charities, and South Brevard Sharing Center.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex opens daily at 9:00 a.m.  Closing times vary according to season.  The Visitor Complex is open every day except December 25 and certain launch days.  Admission includes all exhibits, Astronaut Encounter, IMAX space films, KSC Tour, and the Astronaut Hall of Fame, featuring historic spacecrafts, simulator rides and the world’s largest collection of personal astronaut mementos.  For more information, call 321-449-4444 or visit
