The house, which dates back to 1890, has been transported from its original location to Delannoy Ave. on the Indian River and has undergone two years of renovations. Parish Grove Inn is the only B&B located within the city of Cocoa and offers a fully accessible downstairs guestroom in addition to the four located on the second story. A passion project for owner Henry Parrish III and manager Gail Dedoes, this breathtakingly decorated inn offers rooms from $125 to $250 per night. Each room has a unique décor and features satellite TV, a private restroom and a King or Queen sized bed. This B&B offers two dining spaces. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the main dining room with each other or chose the more intimate dining table for a quiet morning.
Located on the first floor, The Parrish Grove Inn offers a charming handicap accessible room equipped with a queen sized bed, antique chair and access to the back patio.
As you ascend the stairs to the second floor you are greeted by two more lavish guestrooms.
One of the larger guest rooms, this space is equipped with a king sized bed and plenty of space for a weekend getaway.
The Parrish Grove Inn is hosting a reception in honor of their opening tomorrow, July 3rd, and will feature light hors d’oeuvres and live music. The inn is located at 536 Delannoy Avenue in Cocoa Village. The recption lasts from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
